You could have leftovers you wish to preserve in your refrigerator or freezer if the exquisite green fruit is a part of your weekly agenda.

After all, who wouldn’t want a larger quantity of guacamole or some creamy greenish chunks on a hamburger or steak? An abundance of avocados is a very positive thing.

However, suppose you have many of such creamy green beauties that you can logically eat before they overripen and go brown.

Then, completely encase them in plastic wrap. Put the bundled avocados in a plastic jar, seal it, and squeeze the air out. Store the bag in the freezer on a level layer to avoid clumping until the halves are solid.

How To Freeze Mashed Avocado?
